Lake Rockport Estates is a recreational (not a developed), mountain community south of Wanship, Utah located on the west side of Rockport Lake. Lots are typically one acre, and many have views of the lake and all have great mountain views. The community is made up of year-round and part-time residents, and undeveloped lot owners.
