Commonly called CCRs are by-laws, rules, declarations and restrictions governing the use property and/or real estate in a given community. CCRs can regulate the fences around a house, type of garbage cans allowed and whether parties can open businesses in the community.
The Lake Rockport Estates Property Owners Association Board of Trustees works to ensure a safe and well-maintained community. Members are required to be aware of, and abide by, the CCRs, Amendments and other rules as described below.
