We recognize Summit County Ordinance 284 prohibiting any type of hunting within the subdivision of Lake Rockport Estates. It is also illegal to discharge any firearm of any type within the subdivision. These activities are also not permitted under 2006 Utah Code – 76-10-508. Rockport Blvd., Rockport-Aspen and part of Hollow are graded and treated with magnesium treated water – each summer. If budget and resources allow secondary roads are graded and treated.

During the winter – roads are cleared of snow by a volunteer group of residents. There is no snow removal or clearance provided by LRE except for the lower parking lot, mailboxes and entrance gate.

Yes, all trailers, RVs, etc. must be removed by October 1 – unless permission has been granted by an LRE Board of Trustees. The exception to this rule is if you have an approved construction plan. Meaning all paperwork has been submitted and approved and all fees have been paid. You may have a trailer for up to two years while the construction project is taking place. Lots with permanent dwellings are exempt.

Yes, all tracked equipment must be on a trailer for transport. Tracked equipment is not permitted on roads because it causes damage. Fines and fees for violation of this rule can be found within the Schedule of Assessment document.

The assessment schedule maintains the list of fines and fees incurred when in violation of rules and regulations. The list of monetary penalties are updated and approved by the Lake Rockport Estates Board of Trustees. You can review the Lake Rockport Estates Property Owners Association Assessment Schedule here.
